52 fined for violating ‘stay at home’ directives in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, April 8, 2020 (BSS) – Mobile courts of Chattogram district administration fined 52 people for violating administrative order relating to ‘stay home’, in the city in the last 24 hours.
The 52 violators faced fine of around Taka 99,360 by the executive magistrates in their drives in different areas in the city.
Members of the army and other law enforcement agencies also participated in the drives with the executive magistrate of district administration.
Executive Magistrate Touhidul Islam told BSS, they were penalized for violating ‘stay at home’ guidelines, opening shops and not maintain social distance.
