A High Court vacation bench comprising Justice Md Ashraful Kamal and

in-charge of concerned police station to accept Arif’s allegations against
former Kurigram deputy commissioner Sultana Pervin, mobile court magistrate
and other as first information report.

“The court also issued a rule asking as to why it shall not declare
illegal and scrap the proceedings of sentencing Arif by that mobile court,”

District administration officials and staffs detained Arif, Kurigram
