‘Jubo Union’ producing hand sanitizer, mask for people
DHAKA, March 20, 2020 (BSS)-Amid the coronavirus pandemic, ‘Jubo Union’ has started producing hand sanitizer and mask to distribute hygienic materials free of cost among people, including the low-income labors.
The production kicked off today at Pragati conference room of Swechchha-Sram in city’s Purana Paltan area by installing a temporary lab.
Apart from Dhaka, the production of hand sanitizer and mask has also been started simultaneously in Chattogram, Jubo Union General Secretary Khan Asaduzzaman Masum said, adding that the programme will be continued in other districts.
He hoped that ‘Jubo Union’ would be able to dispense the hygienic materials to 10 lakh people in the country soon.
Later, hand sanitizers and masks were distributed among labors in Paltan area.
