DHAKA, Mar 18, 2020 (BSS) – The central 14-party alliance has postponed
its meeting scheduled to be held tomorrow at Bangabandhu Avenue central
office of Awami League in view of COVID-19 outbreak.
“We have postponed our tomorrow’s meeting,” AL presidium member and
central 14-party spokesperson Mohammad Nasim told BSS this afternoon.
He also said the alliance has also postponed its programme to visit
Tongipra on March 20 for paying homage to the mausoleum of Father of the
Nation Bangabandhu, marking the Mujib Year.
