Fire breaks out in Mirpur Jhootpatti slum
DHAKA, March 14, 2020 (BSS) – A fire broke out at Benarashi Palli-
Jhutpatti slum in Mirpur-10 in the capital this afternoon.
The fire broke out at the slum around 1:25pm, said M Farid Uddin, duty
officer of Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) Headquarters.
On information, 10 fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and are
working to douse the blaze, he added.
The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
