Bangladesh bowls first in final T20 against Zimbabwe

DHAKA, March 11, 2020 (BSS)-Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah Riyad won the
toss and decided to bowl first in the second and final T20 match of the
series against Zimbabwe at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on
Wednesday.

With the match, Zimbabwe is set to complete the month-long tour in
Bangladesh. Apart from drawing a two-day warm-up game, Zimbabwe lost all the
matches so far they played in this tour.

So the second T20 is their last chance to end their win-draught before
leaving the country.

Bangladesh which won the one-off Test by an innings and 106-run margin,
swept the three-match ODI series too.

Coming into the T20 series, they continued their absolute domination,
winning the first match by a record 48 runs.

Another victory in the second game would complete their aspiration to
inflict a series sweep on Zimbabwe.

Bangladesh however brought up three changes to the side including Tamim
Iqbal, who was given rest. Along with him, Aminul Islam Biplob and Shafiul
Islam are also rested.

Mohammad Naim Sheikh, Hasan Mahmud and Al-Amin Hossain replaced the trio.
Fast bowler Hasan Mahmud is set to make his debut in T20 cricket.

Zimbabwe meanwhile made just one change with Charlton Tshuma coming into
the place of Donald Tiripano to make his T20 debut.
