DR Congo’s first coronavirus case confirmed in Kinshasa
KINSHASA, March 10, 2020 (BSS/AFP) – DR Congo confirmed its first
coronavirus case in the capital Kinshasa, the largest city in French-speaking
Africa, the health ministry confirmed on Tuesday.
The patient is a Belgian citizen who has been in the country for several
days, said Health Minister Eteni Longondo, adding: “He is confined to a
hospital.”
