People keen to perform Hajj won’t affect financially due to COVID-19: Abdullah
DHAKA, March 08, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Religious Affairs Alhaj Advocate Sheikh Md Abdullah today said people who are keen to perform the holy Hajj will not affect financially as the government will take their responsibilities for any inconvenience due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
“The government will take responsibility of the people who are interested to perform Hajj this year,” he told a press conference at the ministry’s conference room here.
He said if people are panicked by coronavirus issue and stay away from registration for Hajj journey, then it will not be possible for them to perform Hajj this year.
