DHAKA, March 6, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today mourned the death of Shamsun Nahar, mother of Military Secretary to the President (MSP) Major General Shamim-Uz-Zaman.
In a condolence message, he expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Shamsun Nahar, who breathed her last due to a cardiac arrest at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka this morning.
The head of the state also conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family and
prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
Shamsun Nahar died at the age of 79. She left behind two sons, three
daughters, grandchildren as well as a host of relatives and well-wishers to
mourn her death.
