Two killed in Narsingdi road accident
NARSINGDI, March 5, 2020 (BSS) – Two people were killed as a bus hit
their motorcycle on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway in Raipura upazila of the
district today.
The deceased were identified as Tofazzal Hossain Topu, 40, son of Hazrat
Ali of Polashtoli union and Khander Alamgir, 35, inhabitant in the same area.
Police said the accident occurred at around 2 pm on the highway and two
died on the spot.
On information Highway police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies.
Police seized the bus of Uttara Paribahan, but the driver of the bus managed
to escape.
