One killed in Gazipur road accident
GAZIPUR, March 3, 2020 (BSS) – A youth was killed and two others were
injured in a road accident on the Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway in Porabari area
of the town today.
The deceased was identified as Emon, 18, helper of a pick-up van, hailed
from Mymensingh district.
Police said the accident occurred when a truck hit a pick-up van in the
area around 6 am, leaving Emon dead on the spot.
The body was sent to Shaheed Tazuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital and a
case was filed in this connection, the police sources said.
