RAB-ANSARULLAH-ARREST
Five ABT activists held
DHAKA, Feb 29, 2020 (BSS) – Five alleged members of banned militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT) were arrested from Ashulia and Dhamrai areas of Savar in the district.
A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-4) conducted separate drives in Ashulia and Dhamrai and arrested the five active members of ABT, said media coordinator of RAB-4 Mohammad Sajedul Islam Sajal.
The arrestees are- Aliul Islam alias Samrat alias Abdullah ,23, of Jhalokathi, Md Mozssim Miah alias Shihad alias Allhar Golam ,20, of Gopalganj, Md Sabuj Hossain alias Abdullah Ebaj Uddin ,26, of Dinajpur, Md Ariful Haque alias Arif alias Hridai alias Gazwatul Hind ,20, of Chandpur and Rashida alias Humaira ,33, of Dhaka.
RAB recovered mobile-phone sets, jeehadi books, leaflets and digital contents from their procession.
