Fisheries ministry signs APA with seven subordinate bodies
DHAKA, June 11, 2018 (BSS) – The Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock today
signed “Annual Performance Agreement” (APA) for 2018-19 fiscal with its seven
subordinate bodies aimed at escalating government’s work and enhancing
accountability and transparency.
Fisheries and Livestock Secretary Md. Raisul Alam Mondal and heads of
seven subordinate bodies signed the agreement on behalf of respective
institutions at a function at the ministry conference room, said a press
release.
Fisheries and Livestock Minister Narayon Chandra Chanda chaired the
function.
The subordinate bodies are Fisheries Department, Livestock Department,
Fisheries Research Institute, Livestock Research Institute, Fisheries
Development Corporation, Marine Fisheries Academy and Bangladesh Veterinary
Council.
