DHAKA, Feb 16, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today mourned the death of former state minister for LGRD ministry and Awami League MP from Gazipur-3 constituency Advocate Rahmat Ali.
In a condolence message, the head of the state expressed deep shock and sorrow at his death.
Rahmat Ali, also the advisory committee member of Awami League, breathed his last at a city hospital this morning at the age of 76.
President Hamid also prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members of the freedom fighter, the message added.
