PFLC approves draft fixture of BPL
DHAKA, Feb 10, 2020 (BSS) – The Professional Football League Committee
(PFLC) in an emergency meeting approved the draft fixture of the Bangladesh
Premier League (BLP) Football which will begin on February 13.
The meeting was held on Monday at the board room of Bangladesh Football
Federation (BFF) Bhaban with Deputy Chairman of PFLC Abdur Rahim in the
chair.
As per the draft fixture, three matches will be held on the opening day of
the league at three separate venues across the country.
Holders Banshudhara Kings will take on Uttar Baridhara Club at Sheikh Kamal
Stadium in Nilphamari, Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club will play
against Chattogram Abahani Limited at Bangabandhu National Stadium while
Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra meets Brothers Union Club Limited at Sylhet
District Stadium.
On the following day on February 14, Saif Sporting Club will face old Dhaka
outfit Rahmatganj Muslim and Fiends Society at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in
Mymensingh and Arambagh Krira Sangha lock-horn against Mohammedan Sporting
Club Limited.
Meanwhile, Abahani Limited will start their league campaign taking on
Bangladesh Police Football Club scheduled to be held on February 16 at
Bangabandhu National Stadium.
