CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Feb 6, 2020 (BSS) – Chapainawabganj police arrested 10 leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir from a madrasa hostel in the municipality this afternoon.
Police also seized 500 grams of gun powder, eight cocktails, five machetes and five jihadi books from their possessions.

Officer-in-charge of Chapainawabganj Sadar model Thana Ziaur Rahman said on secret information they raided the hostel of Shankerbati Hefzul-ulum Alia Madrasa at Namoshankerbati around 2:30 pm and arrested them with the gun
powder and sharp weapons when they were holding a secret meeting.
