JHENAIDAH, Feb 5, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive held two terrorists with a pistol and a rifle from Dak Bangla area in Sadar upazila here last night.
The arrested were identified as Asadul Islam Asha, 35, hailed from
Alamdanga upazila and Asanur Rahman, 38, an inhabitant of Jibannagar upazila in Chuadanga district.
Company Commander of Jhenaidah RAB camp Police Superintendent Masud Alam
said, on information, they conducted a raid in the Dak Bangla area last night
and nabbed them with the firearms.
The detainees were accused of a number of cases including murder and
kidnapping.
The terrorists were handed over to Sadar Thana Police this noon.
