Netrakona people hail proposed national budget
NETRAKONA, Jun 10, 2018 (BSS)-Leaders of different socio-cultural,
political and business organizations have hailed the proposed national budget
for the fiscal 2018-2019 terming it a pro-people, pragmatic and development
oriented one.
The leaders said the government under the dynamic leadership of Prime
Minister Sheikh Hasina has presented the ever bigger budget with a view to
building a poverty and exploitation free ‘Sonar Bangla’ as dreamt by Father
of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Talking to the BSS, president of Netrakona District Chamber of Commerce and
Industries Abdul Wahed said the proposed national budget is a business and
investment friendly realistic fiscal plan.
President of Netrakona NagoriK Andolone Khan-A -Alam Khan termed the
national budget pragmatic and development-oriented and said it will help
create opportunities for advancement of the commercial sector.
Netrakona District Awami League President Motiur Rahman Khan and General
Secretary Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru also hailed the proposed national budget.
They said the national budget would help the people to change their lifestyle
and improve their socio-economic condition.
