Indian HC pays tributes to Bangabandhu at Tungipara
DHAKA, Feb 3, 2020 (BSS) – Indian High Commissioner (HC) to Bangladesh Riva
Ganguly Das today paid rich tributes to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman
marking the “Mujib year”, the birth centenary of Father of the Nation.
The Indian envoy paid the homage by placing wreaths at the mazar (shrine)
of Bangabandhu at Tungipara, Gopalganj.
The High Commissioner recalled the contribution and sacrifice made by
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman for the Liberation of Bangladesh, a press
release said here.
