Zia loses 8th round in Chennai Open GM Chess
DHAKA, Jan 23, 2020 (BSS) – GM Ziaur Rahman lost to FM Rohith Krishna S of India in the 8th round games of the 12th Chennai Open International Grandmasters Chess Tournament now being held in Chennai, India.
On the other hand, Tahsin lost to Makwana Devam of India and Maleq won against Srikeshav of India In the day’s other 8th round games held today (Thursday).
After the 8th round, Zia secured five and Tahsin Tajwar Zia bagged 3.5 points while Jishan Rahman Maleq collected 2.5 points.
