Humayun leaves for Thailand tonight
DHAKA, Jan 22, 2020 (BSS) – An eight-member delegation, led by
Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, will leave here for Thailand
tonight.
During the visit, the team will meet senior officials of Thai Exim Bank
and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) to discuss on different
issues, including financial support for diversifying and modernising the
country’s state-run sugar mills.
Later, the minister will leave Thailand for Cambodia on January 24.
During the Cambodia tour, he will visit sugar mills of the country.
Humayun is scheduled to return home on January 26.
