DHAKA, Jan 21, 2020 (BSS) – The met office today predicted mainly dry
weather in most parts with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country until
9 am tomorrow.
Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country from midnight
to tomorrow morning, said a met office bulletin issued here this morning.
Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur division and the
districts of Madaripur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Moulvibazar, Rajshahi, Pabna,
Naogaon, Jashore and Chudanga and it may continue and spread, said the
bulletin.
Day temperature may fall slightly over eastern part of the country and
may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country.
However, night temperature may fall slightly over the country, added it.
The highest temperature on Monday was recorded 29.7 degree Celsius in
Teknaf of Chattogram division, while today’s minimum temperature is 07.2
degree Celsius in Tetulia of Rangpur division.
The sun sets at 5:37 pm today and rises at 6:43 am tomorrow in the
capital.
