3 ambulances from PM handed over in Dinajpur

DINAJPUR, Jan 19, 2020 (BSS) – Three air-conditioned ambulances allocated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have been handed over to two upazila health complexes and a hospital in Dinajpur for ensuring quick health service facilities in the district.

Civil Surgeon of Dinajpur Dr. Abdul Kuddus said two of the modern
ambulances were distributed today and another on Saturday in separate
functions at different places of the district.

Member of Parliament (MP) from Dinajpur-6 constituency Md. Shibli Sadeeq
today handed over one ambulance to Residential Medical Officer of Nababganj
Upazila Health Complex Dr. Shahjahan Ali in a function as the chief guest.

Nababganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Nazmun Nahar, Acting Upazila Health and
Family Welfare Officer Dr. Al Amin Kazi, President of upazila Awami League
(AL) Md. Amir Hossain and its Vice-president Md. Sadek Ali, among others,
were present.

Meanwhile, Khansama Upazila Chairman handed over another ambulance to
Residential Medical Officer of Khansama Upazila Health Complex Dr. Abu Salek
in a function held this afternoon as the chief guest.

Earlier, Whip in the Jatiya Sangsad Iqbalur Rahim ceremonially handed over
another ambulance to Director of Dinajpur M Abdur Rahim Medical College
Hospital Dr. Khairul Kabir in a function held there on Saturday as the chief
guest.
