College student killed in Ctg road accident
CHATTOGRAM, Jan 16, 2020 (BSS) – A student of Baraiyarhat Degree College under Jorarganj thana of Mirsarai upazila was killed in a road accident in Baraiyarhat area on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway in the district this afternoon.
The victim was identified as Abu Sayeed, hailed from West Jorargonj under Mirsari upazila of the district.
The angry mob vandalized the bus and blocked the Dhaka-Chattogram highway for an hour.
Sub-Inspector of Jorargonj thana Mohammad Alamgir confirmed the news of the accident to BSS.
Police detained the bus but none was arrested in this regard.
