DHAKA, Jan 16, 2020 (BSS) – Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Master Abul Hashem Dewan, member of Shariatpur district unit Awami League.
In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
Master Hashem, chairman of Kachikata union under Bhedarganj upazila, died of old-age complications at his residence in Shariatpur district today at the age of 72.
He is survived by two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers.
