CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Jan 15, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Border Guard Bangladesh
(BGB) recovered a touchstone statue from Mollatola frontier area of the
district last night.
On a tip-off, a patrol team of BGB recovered the statue from the area in
an abandoned condition around 9 pm, said Lieutenant Colonel Mahmudul Hasan,
commanding officer of BGB-59 Battalion.
The estimated cost of 16.5-kg statue to be about Taka 16.50 lakh, he
added.
