Hasan distributes warm clothes in Bandarban
BANDARBAN, Jan 11, 2020 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today distributed warm clothes among the cold-affected people in the district.
Hasan, also Awami League (AL) joint general secretary, distributed the clothes on behalf of his party at Bangabandhu Manch adjacent to Bandarban Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office here this afternoon, said a press release.
“We are here as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has directed to distribute warm clothes among the cold-affected people across the country,” he said while distributing the clothes.
The AL joint general secretary also said that the present government will ensure reaching urban civic amenities at all villages across the country by the next four years.
AL Deputy Publicity and Publication Secretary Aminul Islam Amin, Bandarban District Council Chairman Kyaw Shwe Hla, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Dawdul Islam, Superintendent of Police of Bandarban Mohammad Zakir Hossain Majumder and noted journalist Azad Talukder were present at the programme, among others.
