Two killed in gas cylinder blast in Noakhali
NOAKHALI, Jan 8, 2020 (BSS) – Two persons were killed as a gas cylinder
exploded at Laotoli village in Begumganj upazila of the district today.
The deceased were identified as Arman Ali, 28, and Md Faez, 15. They were
the residents of the aforesaid upazila.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Begumganj Thana Harun-or-Rashid said the
incident occurred at one Amin’s house at the village around 2 pm while the
duo bringing the cylinder at the house, leaving Arman dead on the spot and
injuring Faez.
Critically injured Faez was rushed to Noakhali General Hospital where he
succumbed to his injuries.
