DHAKA, Jan 2, 2020, (BSS) – IM Fahad Rahman lost to GM Neverov Valeriy of Ukraine, GM Ziaur Rahman Zia split point with FM Nitish Belukar of India and Tahsin lost to V Pranav of India in their respective third round matches of the EKA IIFL Investment Managers 5th International Grand Master Chess Tournament now is being held in Mumbai, India on Wednesday last.
GM Ziaur Rahman and IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman bagged two points each after the third round while Tahshin secured 0.5 point.
On the other hand, Marzouq Chowdhury bagged two points and Azher Hossain earned 1.5 points each after 4th round games in the EKA IIFL Investment Managers 5th Mumbai Junior Under-13 FIDE Rating Chess tournament.
In the fourth round games were held on Thursday, Marzouq beat Bhangle Arnav of India and Azher Yadav Arihant of India.
