Bangabandhu- Bangamata school footballs meet inaugurated in Manikganj
MANIKGANJ Jan 2, 2020 (BSS) – District level competition of ‘Bangabandhu Gold Cup Primary School Football Tournament and Bangamata Fazilatunnesa Mujib Gold Cup Primary School Football Tournament were inaugurated in Manikganj today.
S M Ferdous, Deputy Commissioner of Manikganj was the chief guest at the inaugural function. Nilufa Rahman, District Primary Education Officer (DPEO) presided over the function.
A total of 14 Schools are taking part in the tournament held at the Play Ground of Manikganj Model High School.
Out of them 7 teams are boys and 7 teams are girls, each of one from seven upazilas of the district.
The final competition will be held on January, 4.
