Anis made energy division secretary
DHAKA, Dec 31, 2019 (BSS) – The government has transferred Religious Affairs Secretary Anisur Rahman to the energy and mineral resources division with same status.
Sheikh Yousuf Harun, secretary to the health, education and family welfare division, was transferred to the public administration ministry with same status, said an official press release.
In the latest reshuffle of the civil administration, four additional secretaries have also been promoted to the post of secretary.
Ali Noor, director general (additional secretary) of the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU), IME division, has been made secretary to the health, education and family welfare division, while Mohammad Jainul Bari, divisional commissioner of Dhaka, was made secretary to social welfare ministry and Md Nurul Islam, additional secretary to the public security division, was made religious affairs secretary.
Besides, Additional Secretary to the President’s Office Md Wahidul Islam Khan has been promoted to the rank of secretary and made Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
