President mourns death of Shaykh Ul Hadith Allamah Ashraf Ali
DHAKA, Dec 31, 2019 – (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed deep
shock and sorrow at the death of noted Islamic Scholar Shaykh Ul Hadith
Allamah Ashraf Ali, principal of Al-Haiatul Ulya Lil-Jamiatil Qawmia Madrasa.
In a condolence message, President Hamid said the nation will remember
Allamah Ashraf Ali’s contribution for promoting and spreading Islam and
religious education throughout the country with due respect.
The President also conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for
the eternal peace of the departed soul.
