Kamrun Nahar made information secretary
DHAKA, Dec 30, 2019 (BSS) – Women and Children Affairs Secretary Begum Kamrun Nahar has been made Secretary of the Ministry of Information.
“Women and Children Affairs Ministry’s Secretary Begum Kamrun Nahar has been transferred to the Ministry of Information as secretary. The order will take immediate effect,” said the public administration ministry in a gazette notification today.
The government also promoted three additional secretaries to the post of secretary today. Local government division additional secretary Mahbub Hossain has been made secretary to the secondary and higher education division of the education ministry. Technical and madrasah division additional secretary Rawnak Mahmud has been made secretary to the fisheries and livestock ministry and RAJUK chairman Sultan Ahmed has been appointed as secretary to the power division.
