Dhaka made ‘OIC Youth Capital’ for 2020
DHAKA, Dec 28, 2019 (BSS) – Dhaka has been selected as the OIC Youth Capital for 2020 by the OIC’s Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF).
The Youth capital selection committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) declared it at on December 25, 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey, according to a message received here today.
Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) informed the decision to the Youth and Sports Ministry here and Bangladesh Consulate General in Turkey on December 25 and 26 respectively.
“The OIC Youth Capital International Programme, adopted by the 4th Islamic Conference of youth and sports ministers, has the honour to inform that Dhaka has been declared as the OIC Youth Capital for 2020”, read the letter sent to the ministry.
