DHAKA, Dec 24, 2019 (BSS) – Two people, including a woman, were killed
as they were run over by a train in Nakhalpara railway crossing area in the
capital this morning.
The deceased were identified as Taslima Begum, 37, and Md Nadim, 27.
Officer-in-charge of Kamalapur Railway Police Station Rakibul Hasan said
Taslima and Nadim were crushed under the wheels of Brahmanbaria-bound Titash
Express train while crossing the rail line in the area at around 10.30 am.
They died on the spot, he added.
