Sylhet Thunder compiles 162-4 against Chattogram
DHAKA, Dec 11, 2019 (BSS)- Mohammad Mithun struck his career-best 48 ball-
84 not out as Sylhet Thunder racked up 162-4 against Chattogram Challengers
in the opening game of the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BBPL) at
Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium today.
Mithun smashed four fours and five sixes in his knock that steadied the
innings after Sylhet lost opener Rony Talukder cheaply. He was ably supported
by Johnson Charles 23 ball-35 and skipper Mosaddek Hossain Saikar’s 29.
Chattogram Challengers earlier won the toss and elected to bowl first.
