33 persons held in anti-narcotics drive in Ramna
DHAKA, June 5, 2018 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in an anti-
narcotic drive at Ramna Thana area in the capital arrested 33 persons on
charges of taking and selling drugs.
They also seized 381 pieces of contraband tablets, 26 bottles of
phensidyl, and 21 pieces of seductive injection from their possession in the
drive at Nayatola and Madhubagh areas of Maghbazar under Ramna Police Station
from 8pm to 10.30pm on Monday, said an official release.
It also lodged seven cases against the arrestees.
