Bodies of 4 boys recovered in Chandpur
CHANDPUR, June 5, 2018 (BSS) – Bodies of four boys were recovered from a
pond at Randhunimura village in Hajiganj municipality on Tuesday, a day after
they went missing.
The deceased were identified as Rahul, 13, and his younger brother Shamim,
11, sons of Wasim, Arafat Hossain Raihan, 11, son of Ahsan Habib, residents
of Randhunimura Shaku Commissiomer Bari and Liyon, 12, son of Nazrul Islam of
Bochha village under Shahrasti upazila of the district.
Police said the boys went missing on Monday evening while they were
playing beside the pond.
The bodies were seen floating in the pond waters in the morning.
Additional police super M Afzal Hossain said the four bodies were
recovered and later were handed over to the boys’ relatives without any
postmortem.
