Circular bus service in old Dhaka by this month: DSCC Mayor
DHAKA, Dec 9, 2019 (BSS) – Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor
Mohammad Sayeed Khokon today said the circular bus service will be launched
in old Dhaka on trial basis in the last week of this month.
He came up with the information at the steering committee meeting on Bus
Route Rationalization at the Nagar Bhaban here.
Khokon hoped that it would be possible to finalise the number of bus routes
by March next.
The mayor also hoped that the pilot project will be visible to the city
dwellers within the stipulated two years for the project.
