BSJ mourns death of cinematographer Mahfuzur Rahman
DHAKA, Dec 6, 2019 (BSS) – Members of Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote (BSJ)
today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of National Film Award-
winning cinematographer and BJS member Mahfuzur Rahman Khan.
In a condolence message, President of the BSJ and Bangladesh Cholochitro
Shilpi Samiti Falguni Hamid prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Besides, General Secretary of the BSJ M Habibur Rahman, its advisory
council member M Hamid and other members of the organisation also expressed
shock at the death of noted cinematographer Mahfuzur Rahman Khan.
Khan breathed his last in the early hours of today while undergoing
treatment in the capital’s United Hospital.
