KATHMANDU, Dec 5, 2019 (BSS)- Raj Kumar Roy won silver medal for Bangladesh
in the men’s 55kg weight category weightlifting in the ongoing South Asian
Games held Thursday at SRKC Banquet in Pokhara.
OIDI Kumara of Sri Lanka won gold in this event while Tularam of Nepal
secured bronze.
Meanwhile, Shabira Mollah of Bangladesh bagged bronze medal in the women’s
U-45 kg weight category.
Soren Sneha of India won gold medal in this event while Gomas Bomiriyage
Dinusha Hansani of Sri Lanka bagged silver medal.
