KATHMANDU, Dec 4, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Olympic football team will take
on Sri Lanka in their crucial third match of the 13th South Asian Games
scheduled to be held tomorrow (Thursday) at Dasarath Rangasala Stadium in
Kathmandu.
The match kicks off at 5.15 pm (BST).
Bangladesh needs to win against Sri Lanka to stay in the championship race
following their dismal performance in the previous two matches.
Earlier, Bangladesh suffered a shocking solitary goal defeat to Bhutan in
their opening match and in the second match they were forced to play a 1-1
goal draw by Maldives, despite taking early lead.
Bangladesh will play their last match against host Nepal on December 8.
The top two teams will lock horn in the final scheduled to be held on
December 10 at the same venue.
