Shopkeeper knifed to death by friend in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI, Nov 30, 2019 (BSS)- A shopkeeper was stabbed to death allegedly
by his friend at city’s Malda Colony area under Boalia police station today.
The deceased could be identified as Ramjan Ali, 28, son of Abdur Razzaque,
a resident in the said area .
Nibaran Chandra Barman, Officer-in-Charge of Boalia Police Station, said

locked in an altercation with his friend Shohel Rana, 29, son of Arman Ali
reportedly over monetary transaction at around 11 am .
At certain stage, Sohel started stabbing at the abdomen of Ramjan in broad
daylight and fled the scene leaving the body in a pool of blood.
Locals rushed him to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where he succumbed
to his injuries around 11.30 am.
Abdur Razzaque , father of the slain filed a case with Boalia police station
in this connection.
