US embassy starts accepting Fulbright application
DHAKA, Nov 25, 2019 (BSS) – The US embassy here has started accepting
applications of “Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program” for 2020 to experienced
Bangladeshi professionals.
The application deadline for the fall 2020 program is December 7, 2019, a
press release issued by US embassy said here today.
The program provides six-to-nine-month research grants to university
faculty members and researchers with ten years or more professional
experience to pursue research in the US, beginning from September 2020.
Applicants must return to Bangladesh immediately upon completion of their
research and also required to report to the US Embassy Dhaka’s Public Affairs
Section for submitting their research findings in writing, said the release.
