DHAKA, Nov 21, 2019 (BSS) – Awami League Presidium Member Mohammed Nasim today called upon the party leaders and workers to work sincerely to make the party’s national council a success.
He made the call at a meeting of the reception sub-committee formed for the party’s national council at the new building of the AL president’s Dhanmondi political office here.
Nasim, convener of the sub-committee, said Awami League is one of the oldest and largest political parties in the sub-continent.
He also urged the party leaders and workers to maintain discipline in holding the national council slated for December 20-21 in a befitting manner.
Chaired by Mohammed Nasim, the meeting was attended by member secretary of the sub-committee Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni, State Minister for Information Dr Murad Hasan, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam and AL Organizing Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim, among others.
