Two accused of Sani murder case sent to jail in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Nov 21, 2019 (BSS) – A Chattogram court ordered two accused college students of Zakir Hossain Sani (18) murder case to jail custody after their surrender before the lower court today.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Osman Goni rejected the bail petition of the accused and send them to jail.
The accused Anisur Rahman and Mohammad Mamun were the FIR listed accused and they were granted bail from high court earlier and after end of bail period, the accused surrendered before the lower court in Chattogram.
Zakir Hossain Sani was murdered in front of MES College in the city on August 26 last.
Elder sister of Sani, Mahmuda Akhter lodged a murder case before the Kulshi thana of Chattogram Metroplitan police mentioning name of seven accused.
