Bangladeshi stall attracts huge visitors in Mumbai expo
DHAKA, Nov 15, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh stall in the two-day ‘World Trade Expo-2019’, held
in Mumbai of India from November 13, drew huge responses from visitors.
The Deputy High Commission (DHC) of Bangladesh in Mumbai participated in the expo for the
third time with a banner “Bangladesh: Your Next Business Destination,” said a press release
here today.
During the expo, Bangladesh Deputy High Commissioner Md Lutfar Rahman made a country
presentation highlighting Bangladesh’s huge trade potentials at a program where officials of
different foreign missions, noted personalities and guests were present.
Officials of the deputy high commission distributed brochure and leaflet, containing
information about business, investments, tourism and visa procedures, among the visitors.
World Trade Centre, Mumbai and All India Association of Industries (AIAI) jointly organised
the expo.
Over 90 companies from 30 countries took part in the expo.
Three Bangladeshi companies– Monno Ceramics, Hatil Complex and Hashem Food– also took
part in the expo.
