One held with 415 bottles Phensidyl in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Nov 14, 2019 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) arrested an alleged illegal drug peddler with 415 bottles of contraband
Phensidyl from a litchi orchard at Rashiknagar village under Shibganj upazila
of the district early today.
The arrested was identified as Md. Ismail Hossain, 23, a resident of
Ranihati village of the upazila.
On a tip-off, an operation team of RAB-5 conducted a raid in the area at
about 1 am and arrested Ismail with the of Phensidyl, a RAB official said.
Later, the arrested person was handed over to the police of Shibganj
police station.
