Two held with firearms, heroin in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, June 2, 2018 (BSS)- Police in a drive arrested two
persons and recovered a pistol, two magazines, five bullet and 100 grams of
heroin from Moharajpur field in Sadar upazila early this morning.
The arrested persons are Shah Alam, 50, son of Habibur Rahman alias Fakku
of Kharial village under Shibganj upazila and Sultan Ali, 30, son of Masud
Rana of Masjidpara under Chapainawabganj municipality.

Rahman said as part of the anti-drug drive, a team of police conducted a raid
in the area at about 1.30 am and arrested the duo with the arms, ammo and
heroin.
A case was recorded with the police station in this connection, the OC
added.
