Bangladesh beat Kyrgyzstan in Bangamata women’s volleyball

DHAKA, Nov 13, 2019 (BSS)- Bangladesh women’s volleyball team finally
fight back as they beat Kyrgyzstan by 3-2 set in their last match of 1st
Bangamata Asian Senior Women’s Central Zone International Volleyball
Championship held today (Wednesday) at Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in
the city’s Mirpur.

Bangladesh lost their first and second sets by 25-09 and 25-15 points
but they fought back by winning the third set by 25-21 points.

In the fourth set, Bangladesh level the margin with 25-17 points win and
finally sealed their victory by winning the fifth set by 15-11 points.

Earlier, in the day’s first match, Nepal recorded their third successive
victory beating the Maldives by straight 3-0 set.

Nepal won the all three set by 25-14, 25-5 and 25-13 points and the two
teams will play the final scheduled to be held tomorrow (Thursday) at the
same venue at 3 pm following the third place deciding match between
Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan at 1 pm.
